Investment in product management and customer success teams demonstrates commitment to the company's customers
TAG has expanded its global team with 5 new members. The announcement was made from headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel by Kevin Joyce, TAG’s Zer0 Friction Officer, who noted that the additions, located in 3 different countries, represent the Company’s commitment to providing the best support to its growing international customer base.

Michael Demb- Vice President Product Strategy- Canada
Michael Demb joins TAG as vice president product strategy. Demb will be responsible for ensuring that TAG’s product development roadmap, priorities and resources are perfectly aligned with customers’ current needs, anticipate their future needs and keep them ahead of the record-breaking pace of technology development.
Demb joins TAG following a lengthy career at Telestream where he rose from a service engineer to director, solution architecture designing on-prem, cloud-based and hybrid workflows for major accounts.

Hagit Michaeli - Technical Product Manager – Israel
Working closely with the Product, Strategy & Marketing international teams, Hagit Michaeli will identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet their demands by translating business requirements into executable technical specifications. Recognizing the rapid pace of change in the industry, Michaeli will explore technology trends and strategize how best and fast to implement upgrades and improvements to TAG’s Realtime Media Performance platform.
Michaeli’s previous work history includes serving as a QA engineer, QA manager & CSM at Elbit Systems - an Israeli defense and space manufacturer, and at Operative - a New York-based software development firm.
TAG has also expanded its global Customer Service Team with the appointments of Daniel Meyers and Richard Harvey as Technical Applications Specialists, both based in the United States. Meyers and Harvey will ensure clients’ technical requirements are addressed and met.
Added Joyce, “Providing customers with an excellent level of support and reducing the level of the complexity they experience in their daily operations is a top priority at TAG. Daniel and Richard both bring significant IP video expertise and experience with them which they will leverage to streamline customer workflows and help them maximize resources for a more appealing bottom line.”
Daniel Meyers- Technical Application Specialist- United States
Daniel Myers launched his career in broadcast as a master control operator at WFMZ-TV, an independent television station in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
In 2008 he joined Encompass Digital Media where he worked his way up to broadcast engineer before joining Grass Valley in 2016 as a technical support engineer.
Richard Harvey- Technical Application Specialist- United States
Richard Harvey, a US Navy veteran, was introduced to broadcast when he managed a Shipboard Information, Training, and Entertainment system (SITE) and participated in one of the first Digital Satellite links with Navy Broadcast Services. Following his discharge, Harvey served in sales and management roles for numerous high-profile tech companies including Fujitsu Network Communications, Interra, Vislink and EVS. In addition, he operated a consulting firm where he advised technology companies on best practices for business development.

Paul Schiller- Product Marketing Manager- United States
Paul Schiller joins TAG with a background rich in technology and product marketing across several industries including media and entertainment. Schiller’s early career included both US and worldwide product management for Eastman Kodak, marketing manager for his alma mater, the Rochester Institute of Technology, and director-level positions for Pitney Bowes (now Novitex), and director of product marketing for Piksel.
In the role of product marketing manager, Schiller is responsible for developing programs and campaigns to elevate awareness of TAG's current and emerging capabilities and provide clients with easy access to information so they can optimize the benefits of their system. Schiller will also uncover avenues for TAG to share industry knowledge and educate the market to help clients make informed decisions and encourage vendor collaboration.
