Recognized by DPP and Aclymate for measurable environmental progress and transparent leadership
TAG the leader in software-based IP end-to-end workflow monitoring, deep probing, and real-time visualization, has earned a higher-rated DPP Committed to Sustainability badge and the Aclymate Climate Wise Silver Tier certification, recognizing the company’s measurable progress and long-term commitment to ESG.
The DPP badge reflects TAG’s improved rating within the DPP Programme and recognizes the company as part of a select group of media technology organizations committed to transparent sustainability practices. Meanwhile, the Aclymate Climate Wise certification highlights a year of verified carbon measurement, confirming that TAG has successfully established a comprehensive emissions baseline that includes office energy, travel, shipping, commuting, and procurement.
“This recognition reflects a year of progress where we successfully defined our ESG agenda and integrated it directly into our business strategy to empower our team,” said Danna Mann, VP Marketing and ESG Team Lead at TAG Video Systems. “Our focus now is on the future: establishing actionable, data-based KPIs and refining our carbon footprint measurement to ensure our sustainability journey is robust, real, and strongly connected to business outcomes.”
TAG’s sustainability strategy, led by a cross-functional Responsibility & Sustainability Team, is structured around five ESG pillars that guide every initiative and help ensure progress is both practical and impactful:
- Environmental Impact – Product: Designing software that minimizes environmental footprint.
- Environmental Impact – Operations: Reducing office energy use, travel emissions, and waste.
- Customer Satisfaction: Delivering efficiency, transparency, and reliability for every TAG user.
- Employee Engagement: Fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that promotes well-being and professional growth.
- Product & Data Security: Upholding the highest standards of security, reinforced by TAG’s ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
TAG introduced several new initiatives in 2025 to align with this agenda, such as completing a verified carbon baseline for its operation, launching a new user community for knowledge accessibility, and investing in ESG leadership training aligned with international best practices.
Building on these achievements, TAG is setting a rigorous, data-driven agenda for 2026. This includes establishing clear KPIs across our materiality scope and defining specific reduction and offset goals. To ensure maximum accuracy, the company will refine our carbon accounting by incorporating activity-based measures alongside our existing expense-based reporting. Crucially, TAG will also launch a new initiative to account for our product usage carbon footprint, establishing a clear measurement process for our customers’ environmental impact. The company remains committed to publishing transparent updates that demonstrate measurable progress and promote accountability in the media industry.
